Section 4.9.4 Use of Data in Advertising
CVR MLS Property Listings may not be advertised by any Subscriber/Participant other than the Listing Subscriber/Participant in any media (print, electronic or other media format) without the prior written consent of the Listing Subscriber/Participant. The only exception to this requirement is listing display within the context of a data feed where permission may be presumed, subject to the rules and regulations pertaining to IDX.
